Families often don't know where to start. Good professionals too often work in silos. And useful information is scattered across many different places. Gracefully Aging Network was created to bring those pieces together.
Why the Network exists
Aging brings questions that rarely fit neatly into one category. A housing question can become a care question. A caregiver may suddenly need legal guidance. A family may need transportation, home modifications, financial guidance, support — or simply someone who knows where to start.
At the same time, communities are full of knowledgeable professionals and organizations doing good work — but families don't always know how to find them, and those professionals don't always know one another.
Gracefully Aging Network connects those pieces.
Through trusted professionals, helpful resources, local events, education, Grace, referrals, and professional collaboration, the Network helps make finding the next right step a little easier.

The role of Grace
Grace helps visitors ask questions in everyday language and explore information, resources, events, and Trusted Professionals available through the Network. When the Network doesn't currently have an appropriate resource for a need or location, Grace can also help connect that request to the GAN team so we can research options.
A Network that gets smarter as it grows
Every question helps us better understand what seniors and families are looking for. Every professional relationship strengthens the resources available in a community. And when we discover a need we can't yet meet, it helps us understand where the Network needs to grow.
The goal is a Network that becomes more useful — for families and professionals — as more people participate.
