The Network follows through
Connection requests reach the professional through the Network's existing follow-through process.

Join the Greater Network
Greater Network membership is how professionals belong to the Gracefully Aging Network. There are two primary ways to join: Professional Membership for individuals and organizations, and Nonprofit Participation for registered nonprofits. Both include the full Network ecosystem — a Trusted Professional presence, collaboration, events, resources, Community Clusters, Grace AI discovery, and your own Professional Portal. Additional team members can be added to either membership so each colleague gets their own login and access.
Professional Membership
$99 / year
For an individual professional with their own practice, or a person representing an organization. One membership opens the full Network ecosystem.

Adding a team member
Additional team members are connected to an organization with an active Professional Membership. Each receives their own login, professional profile, and Greater Network access.

Application-based. Eligibility and participation are reviewed with the Gracefully Aging Network.

Community Clusters
Community Clusters are independent professional groups organized by region, specialty, or shared purpose. Your group keeps its own identity, membership, and leadership — the Gracefully Aging Network simply provides the infrastructure to connect and collaborate. Joining or leading a Community Cluster is separate from Greater Network membership, and a cluster participant is not automatically a Greater Network member.
Bring your existing group
You can participate in a Community Cluster without being a Greater Network Professional Member. Starting, bringing, owning, or leading a Community Cluster within GAN requires an active Greater Network Professional Membership. Community Clusters keep their own identity and leadership while using the Network's tools; a Cluster owner or admin is a role within that cluster — not a Network-wide authority.
Community Cluster participation is separate from Greater Network membership — you can take part in a cluster whether or not you join the Greater Network. Explore a cluster to connect with peers near you, and join the Greater Network whenever you're ready.
Grace AI Enhanced — an optional add‑on
Every eligible Greater Network professional may be discoverable by Grace. Grace AI Enhanced is an optional add-on that lets you provide richer approved information about your services so Grace can match you more precisely with the families who need what you offer. It's not a separate membership, and it doesn't guarantee ranking, placement, leads, or referrals — it simply helps Grace better understand your fit.
