Welcome to Gracefully Aging Network™. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GracefullyAgingNetwork.com, the Gracefully Aging Network™ community, Grace AI, Gracefully Connected, memberships, and any related services or programs provided by Gracefully Aging Network™.
By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Use of Our Services

Membership benefits may vary depending on membership type and may change as the network evolves.
Gracefully Aging Network™ reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate memberships that violate these Terms or conflict with the mission of the community.
Membership Renewal & Cancellation
Membership Renewal & Cancellation
Scope. This section applies to Gracefully Aging Network memberships: Professional Membership, Additional Team Member, Nonprofit Membership, and Nonprofit Additional Team Member. It does not apply to Gracefully Connected subscriptions, which are governed separately by the subscription and billing terms associated with Gracefully Connected plans.
Membership term. Each membership is offered on an annual term. The membership type and the renewal amount, if any, applicable to your membership are those recorded in your membership record at enrollment, including any grandfathered, complimentary, sponsored, or partnership-based rate associated with your membership.
Annual renewal — paid memberships. A Professional Membership or Additional Team Member that is subject to a renewal charge automatically renews for successive annual terms on its renewal date unless you cancel. The payment method associated with your membership is charged the renewal amount recorded for your membership, preserving any grandfathered, complimentary, sponsored, or partnership-based rate.
Annual renewal — Nonprofit Memberships. Nonprofit Memberships are sponsored annual memberships available to approved eligible organizations. Sponsored nonprofit members are not charged a membership fee while eligible for sponsored membership. Nonprofit Membership is subject to annual renewal and continued eligibility. At renewal, members may be asked to confirm or update organization information, contact information, team members as applicable, and continued nonprofit eligibility. If nothing requiring review has changed, the sponsored membership renews for another annual term; if eligibility or other material information has changed, the renewal is submitted for Network review rather than automatically renewed or terminated. The Gracefully Aging Network may review continued eligibility before renewing sponsored membership for another annual term.
Nonprofit Additional Team Members. A Nonprofit Additional Team Member membership follows the annual term of the associated nonprofit organization and remains dependent on that organization's active sponsored membership. It renews when the associated Nonprofit Membership renews and ends if the associated Nonprofit Membership is not renewed.
Cancellation. You may cancel a membership at any time through your account or by contacting the Gracefully Aging Network. Cancellation stops further renewals. A paid membership remains active, and you retain access to your membership benefits, through the end of your current paid term (the "effective end date"). After the effective end date, your membership ends and access to membership benefits is withdrawn. Cancellation does not change any charge already incurred for the current term.
Membership benefits and eligibility. Membership benefits and eligibility may vary by membership type. The Gracefully Aging Network reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate any membership in accordance with these Terms of Service.

To maintain a positive and professional environment, members agree to:

Refrain from spam, misleading promotions, or unauthorized solicitation.

Respect the privacy of other members.
Gracefully Aging Network™ reserves the right to remove content or suspend access for behavior that negatively impacts the community.

Gracefully Aging Network™ reserves the right to review, edit, approve, decline, or remove submitted content at its discretion.
Grace AI
Grace AI is an artificial intelligence resource assistant intended to provide educational information and connect users with relevant resources and professionals.
Grace AI:

Does not provide medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

May occasionally generate inaccurate or incomplete information.

Should not be relied upon as a substitute for qualified professional advice.
Users are responsible for evaluating any information provided before making personal decisions.
Gracefully Connected
Gracefully Connected is designed to provide wellness check-ins and communication support.
It is not:

If someone is experiencing an emergency, users should immediately contact 911 or their local emergency services.
Gracefully Aging Network™ is not responsible for delays or failures caused by cellular networks, internet outages, third-party communication providers, or circumstances beyond our control.
No Endorsement or Guarantee
Gracefully Aging Network™ strives to connect users with trusted resources and professionals.
